About Us
Some love stories start with a swipe, but ours began with a glance. In 2017, at a friend's wedding (shoutout to Nathan and Elizabeth!), Brandon first spotted Jessi across the room. We didn’t exchange words that night, but little did we know that a brief glance would lead to something far more meaningful.
The next day, a simple message was sent by Brandon through Instagram. What began as a quick hello, led to a conversation that paused for a moment. But that wasn’t the end of our story...
Fast forward a year later, and Brandon reached out again through the same social media app. This time, the conversation never stopped. What followed was three years of virtual connection—countless text messages, phone calls, and late-night conversations that made it clear we were building a real relationship , even from a distance.
In 2021, Jessi was working as a travel nurse and had a layover in Chicago, where Brandon was living. She decided to "miss" her connecting flight, just so she could spend the weekend with him. It was the perfect summer weekend: a full itinerary of Chicago sightseeing, delicious food, and shared moments that confirmed what we had known all along—this was just the beginning of our journey together.
